I have stories for days to tell you guys lol, but over all this was a great experience. I was granted the chance to learn a piece of my history. This place has so much history that they kept together. The buildings and houses are so beautiful. I was also amazed at how their president is a women they have had two female presidents both women names are Maria (lol.) The local female within downtown Dublin are some what rude for no damn reason, but I still had a great time parting. On our first night there I tasted my first Guinness beer. Just for you Scott. It was okay I'm not really a beer drinker. We partied in downtown Dublin the area was called Temple Bar.
Temple Bar is like west 27th street in the city btwn 5th and 6th in New York. This is a area that is blocked off to vehicles. Along this strip there are a whole bunch of night clubs, pubs and restaurants. The street where packed because it was St. Pats weekend and people from all over the world were there to party. On St. Pats day we visited St.Patrick's Cathedral then went to visit the Book of Kells. After the tours we went to see the Parade. The Parade was so crowded we couldn't even see it. For miles and miles all you could see is people all over the place hanging off of light poles, sitting on top of statues.Since we couldn't get a glimpse of the parade. April, LBoogie and I left to go to the fair. The fair was fun people were all over the place young and old with smiles a mile away.
After the fair we had to meet up with the group for dinner. For dinner we eat fish and chips as the locals would say. The fish was on the ilk side but the sauce was good. Once dinner was over the Pre-game party was in my room 507 lol. Then we all went out to party like rockstars on St.Pats day. So much fun................
