"The UK"

The ride from Whales to London was too damn long, in that small bus. Boy is everything over there smaller from cars to food. It's like half the size. We spent a whole day just driving. The bus driver only stop if we had a tour in that was it. No food breaks no bathroom stops. There coach bus were so small they don't even have bathrooms on them. This was a major adjust meant for me. Anyway enough about the boring long ass ride across Europe. We finally arrived to London everyone was so excited to see a city atmosphere. We were all hungry, tired, and felt like we didn't wash in days lol. It took us an hour to get through London's traffic. When we finally made it to the hotel it was already 8pm and dark as hell, but top everything off we were far as hell from everything. Once we checked in and got settle in our rooms. Lauren and I met up with April to find a local store for snacks and drinks. Once we return from the store we sat down in the lobby and enjoyed a great meal. I paid $24 American which equaled out to 12 pounds, for steak, baked potato, salad, and green beans. This meal was banging I enjoyed every second of it lol. The food during this trip wasn't the best of meals. After dinner we sat in the lobby drunk wine and chilled with the others until 1am.

Day 1 London this was the longest day one could ever imagine. Breakfast was at 7 and we had to be ready to leave at 8am. We took the DLR into town and then we had to get on the underground just to get in to the city. The train system reminded me of New York City, but once i got the hang of it I think London's train are easier to follow. Their Lines are called by colors Black line, Blue Line, Brown Line and etc... Once we got off the underground we were in the heart of London. The building structure were so beautiful you can just see all the age in character in each one. It's like when i looked at each building i saw a different story. We had a two hour walking tour then 45mins of free time to get lunch. Boy we had to have walked a mile in it wasn't even 2 o'clock. Half the stores were closed because of good Friday so it took us a while to find some where to eat. We came across this little cafe that was in the middle of this busy street (I forgot the name of it.) The food was real good I eat a chicken BLT with the tomato :P yuk.

After lunch we met back up with the whole group now it was time for our bus tour. Before this tour start we had no clue it was going to be 3 hr auhhhhhhhhhhh. The bus tour guide was real cool with a sense of humor. She made the 3 hrs entertaining. Those three 3 were intense it seemed like a rush. I cant even recall half this things she pointed out. I felt like a 5 yrs old in a toy store looking left in right quickly just to catch what she was pointing out. Some of the things i do remember are Big Ben, London Bridge, the church princess Diana got married in, and also I cant forget the Royal area. After the tour was over we were grantecd free time before dinner, so April, Lauren, and I went shopping to kill some time. While we were shopping it started Hailing really bad. It was CRAZY first there was a little drizzle of rain then with in a blink of an eye ice started falling out the sky the size of raisins. Then 10 mins later nothing... everything just cleared up. We then met up for dinner they served fish and chips with bottle water. I couldn't believe it the whole trip they have been serving us tap water ( that i wouldn't dare drink.) Once dinner was done I planned to go back to my room rest few, then get up start partying for my bday. BUTTTTTTTTTT..... Lauren wanted to go on the jack the ripper tour with the rest of the group that was staying in town. She said I will pay for you, me being the college student i am i couldn't dear pass up something free. OH MY GOD this was the longest two hours of my life. We walk on the trail were Jack did all these killing and a guy reenacted what happened. We walk through all kinds of London ghetto. But wait I'm not done April didn't go to the bathroom before she left the Restaurant so we almost got lost from the group, because she had to go. We had to run to catch up. I was so tired in regretted not taking my ass back to the hotel. By the time the tour was over my feet and leg ached in places i didn't know could hurt. I Got in the shower in took achy ass to bed.

London day 2 Happy Birthday to Me. It was my 23rd birthday. I got out of bed 11 am got dress met the girls in the lobby in headed into town. This first thing on our agenda was to ride the London eye. I went to get tickets for everyone, while they went to find food. To ride the London eye it cost 30 pounds which is $60 American (tell me about it.) It started to Hail again for couple of minutes then the sun came back out. We waited in line for 30mins which went by real quick. The ride was amazing I was so high I could see the land as far as my eyes would take me. After the ride was over we caught the train to the fashion district in did a little shopping. Once we were done shopping we still had 45mins to kill before dinner. So the girls and i went out to have tea. The over there is soooo good. I wish they sold it here in the states.

It was now time to meet up with the group for dinner. We eat at a Spanish spot and boy was the food banging. Once everyone in my group was done eating it was time to head back to the hotel so I could change for my party. Later that night we all met up in the lobby caught the train back into town. We wound up at The ZOO Club. This club was great their was three different rooms of music. The main floor was commercial music, down stairs main floor was techno music, there was double door that enter into a Hip-Hop/reggae room. We were all over the place having a good ol'time. This was the best birthday ever.

*~*North Whales*~*

The Ferry from Dublin to North Whales was long and restless. My bags took forever to come and boy was I still tried as all hell. After the ferry we to a coach bus to go shopping and eat lunch. Then we headed off to see a real castle. The ride to the castle was an hour and a half but it seemed as if it was 3 hrs. The castle was beautiful it had a lake surrounding it like in fairy tales. I saw my first swan up close and it was so pretty. This castle was attacked my bombs during a war, so everything was pretty much open outside. However the structure that was left looked remarkable. You can see the age in the building. We had a ball exploring the my castle. *wink* ; ) After the castle we hand to drive to the hotel we where going to stay in that evening. Which was another 3 hour ride : (.... By the time we arrive everyone was tired and hungry to death. The Hand Hotel was a very old hotel that didn't even have an elevator. My room was located on the 5Th floor, and of course I didn't pack light so i struggles all the way to room 56. Once everyone settled in there rooms we met up in the lobby. Some of use were excited to go see what the little town has to offer us Americans lol. It was 5 in the evening and it looked like only a hand full of people actually lived in this town. All the stores were closed and had so much dust on the windows that one would think they haven't been opened for years. We finally found a market store I brought a bottle white wine so i could relax in the room. This town gave me the creeps in I wasn't about to go out exploring anymore. I had seen enough of North whales in was ready for London. When we got back to the hotel dinner was ready. They severed chili and beans with white rice and peas. It wasn't that good but I eat it I as starving like Marvin lol. After I went back to my room with my room-mate while the others went hiking in the dark. This is were our night got interesting. April in Liz came back from hiking with some pizza (Damn April was on point lol.) The girls found out the hotel was haunted and we googled the hotel to find out if it was true. Room 28 was the room the lady died in, and guess who stayed in that room our tour guide David. Now I cant go on any further I was sworn to silence. YOU SHOULD HAVE CAME TO FIND OUT. Next Stop LONDON

Dublin, Ireland..........

I have stories for days to tell you guys lol, but over all this was a great experience. I was granted the chance to learn a piece of my history. This place has so much history that they kept together. The buildings and houses are so beautiful. I was also amazed at how their president is a women they have had two female presidents both women names are Maria (lol.) The local female within downtown Dublin are some what rude for no damn reason, but I still had a great time parting. On our first night there I tasted my first Guinness beer. Just for you Scott. It was okay I'm not really a beer drinker. We partied in downtown Dublin the area was called Temple Bar.

Temple Bar is like west 27th street in the city btwn 5th and 6th in New York. This is a area that is blocked off to vehicles. Along this strip there are a whole bunch of night clubs, pubs and restaurants. The street where packed because it was St. Pats weekend and people from all over the world were there to party. On St. Pats day we visited St.Patrick's Cathedral then went to visit the Book of Kells. After the tours we went to see the Parade. The Parade was so crowded we couldn't even see it. For miles and miles all you could see is people all over the place hanging off of light poles, sitting on top of statues.Since we couldn't get a glimpse of the parade. April, LBoogie and I left to go to the fair. The fair was fun people were all over the place young and old with smiles a mile away.

After the fair we had to meet up with the group for dinner. For dinner we eat fish and chips as the locals would say. The fish was on the ilk side but the sauce was good. Once dinner was over the Pre-game party was in my room 507 lol. Then we all went out to party like rockstars on St.Pats day. So much fun................
